Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains our rules and processes regarding how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our Service. It also outlines your privacy rights and the legal safeguards that protect you.
We utilize your personal data to offer and enhance our service. By using our Service, you consent to the gathering and utilization of information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
How It Works
1. Users upload photos and select templates.
2. Using this data, a copy of the stable diffusion model is retrained to personalize the model.
3. Once the model copy is retrained, an avatar is generated.
4. Once the avatar is generated, the model copy along with the uploaded photo will be permanently deleted from our servers. We have imposed certain restrictions on the use of avatars in specific situations (e.g., using nude photos, using photos of others without their consent, etc.).
5. We do not utilize your personal data for general training and/or creating our separate AI products.
We will do our utmost to adjust the settings of the AI model. However, you may still come across content that you think is unsuitable for you. If you find any offensive or inappropriate content, please contact us at ardikurniawanf5@gmail.com. We will take immediate action, which will help us train the algorithm better.
Information Collection
1. Platform Usage Information: We may gather information about your utilization of the Platforms. This includes details of your actions on the Platforms, such as the information you click, browse, download, share, your video editing activities, and any other information provided during your use of our services. This enables us to offer you the functions of the Platforms.
2. Device and Log Information: When you use our services via the Platforms, to ensure normal operation, smooth and secure functioning, enhance and optimize your user experience, conduct advertising and message push, and safeguard your account security, we will collect the following device and log information: unique device identifier, gaid, device model, system language, country, advertising identifier, operating system, system version number, IP address, software version number, access network, network quality data, and service log information.
3. Feedback Information: When you contact us for feedback or customer service, we will collect the information and materials you submit, along with your contact information (such as your phone number and email address). This allows us to contact you, answer your questions, and provide other customer services.
4. Face Recognition: When you use certain face-editing or synthesis functions, we automatically capture the positions and shapes of your five sense organs, analyze the facial feature information for photo processing, and return the renderings to you. We do not store such photos, videos, facial feature information, or renderings, nor do we share them with any third party. This information is processed solely to run the face recognition function and provide you with better renderings. If the content of your video editing involves facial feature information that is not your own, you need to inform the subject of personal information and obtain their consent.
5. Cloud-based Processing: To achieve rapid and accurate image and video processing, we may need to upload the materials or material tags to be processed to the cloud server for effect processing. The uploaded materials or tags are used only for image/video effect processing through relevant functions. We will not store the materials, tags, and any related information for longer than necessary. We will not use them for any other purpose, nor will we provide them to third parties.
Access Permissions
To offer you more high-quality and efficient products and services and enhance your service experience, in the additional services we provide, we may request you to grant authorization for the corresponding terminal device permissions. With your consent, based on the principle of minimal data collection, we collect the following permissions and corresponding information:
1. Read and Write External Memory Card Permission: This is used for reading and writing files on the external memory card for video editing purposes.
2. Camera Permission: It enables the taking of photos and video shooting.
3. Web Access Permission: This allows various network services for accessing and downloading materials.
The data associated with these permissions is sensitive. Refusing to grant permission will only prevent you from using the corresponding functions, but will not affect your normal use of other functions within the app. You can check the status of these permissions in the system settings of your terminal device. You have the freedom to turn on or off any or all of these permissions at your own discretion. Please note that when you enable any permission, it means you authorize us to collect and use the personal information corresponding to that permission to provide you with the above-mentioned services. Once you turn off any permission, it indicates that you cancel or revoke the authorization of the permission, and we will no longer collect and use the corresponding personal information based on this permission. However, your decision to turn off the permissions will not affect the previous collection and use of information based on your earlier authorization.

Cookies and Other Similar Data Collection Technologies
Similar to most online services, we make use of cookies, web beacons, and other technologies. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or device memory. They store information about your use of the services, which can be used for various purposes such as authenticating you, remembering your preferences and settings, analyzing website traffic and trends, delivering and measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and enabling you to use social features. Web beacons are small pieces of software on a web page or email that assist us in understanding how you interact with that page or email.
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually configure your browser to delete or reject browser cookies. However, keep in mind that deleting or rejecting cookies may impact the availability and functionality of our services.
We utilize third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our services. These tools collect information sent by your device or our services, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that helps us improve our services. We collect this analytics information and combine it with analytics data from other users in such a way that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any specific individual user.
We engage third-party advertising agencies to serve ads on the Internet or other media. To measure the effectiveness of ads and determine the amount to be paid to the advertising agencies, we install third-party modules in our applications. We may also install third-party modules in the app to help us understand how the services are used.
Some web browsers, such as Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome, have a Do Not Track (DNT) feature. This feature signals to websites that users do not want their online activities to be tracked. If a website that responds to DNT signals receives a DNT signal, the browser can prevent that website from collecting certain information about the browser user. However, not all browsers offer the DNT option, and DNT signals are not yet standardized. For this reason, many businesses, including DopaMax, currently do not respond to DNT signals.

The Company will only retain your personal data for 48 months. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we need to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, unless the data is used to strengthen the security or improve the functionality of our Services, or we are legally obligated to retain the data for longer periods of time.

We may share your personal information data with third-party service providers as necessary to help us provide and improve our Services and other legitimate business functions. We will confirm on what basis each third party will use your personal information and ensure that there are adequate safeguards and processes to protect your personal data.

We will not share, transfer or disclose your personal information in violation of this policy or applicable law.
